The plain-language terms for using GoGoShare. We keep it short because the platform is simple — and neutral.

1. What GoGoShare Is
A ride-coordination platform for HK residents sharing licensed taxis on a joint-hire basis. Not a taxi operator, transport company, or payment processor.
2. Joint Hiring Only
One passenger pays the metered amount; others settle privately via FPS or PayMe. GoGoShare does not set, collect, or guarantee what you pay.
3. Eligibility
A valid Hong Kong mobile number (+852) is required to register.
4. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, treat fellow passengers with respect, and honour trip commitments where reasonably possible.
5. Liability
GoGoShare provides coordination only. Not liable for incidents during a journey, payment disputes, or participant no-shows.
6. Changes
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
